Special thanks to the Highlands Stewardship Foundation who raised, from their own membership, the first seed grant to get this program rolling, and to the Veins of Life Watershed Society who partnered with the bullfrog eradication program for the 2005 season.

    • In 2007, CRD Water and CRD Parks have once again contributed $15,000 each to the bullfrog program - and the Municipality of Langford has recently announced a grant of $5,000. In addition, Committee Chairs for CRD Water and CRD Parks have written letters in support of the program to The Honourable Barry Penner, Minister of Environment, requesting co-operative funding from the province.
